            Reputation Manager Overview


            Learn how Reputation Manager can help you keep your reputation looking great online.


            Select the Reputation Manager tile.




            The Reputation Manager feed will display posts from your connected platforms.

            Filter by Platform, Emotion, or Post Type (the user’s posts, their customers’ posts, or all posts).


             



            Select “Share” to share a review to your social media accounts. 


            Select the platform you’d like to share to.

            To reply to Twitter comments, select “Respond”.


            A pop-up will appear. Add your response and select “Post” to reply to the user directly on Twitter.


            Select “Respond” under the other social platforms to respond directly on the platform

            A pop-up will appear. Select “Yes” to be directed to the site.


            Each post has a satisfaction rating of unhappy, neutral, or happy. Click to change the emoticon if you notice any discrepancies.


            Refresh the page by selecting the refresh icon.





            Select the gear icon to access your settings.
