Social Publisher won't post to my Facebook.

Connect Facebook

First, check to make sure your Facebook brand page is connected in your Digital Command Center under Settings -> Social Accounts. 

To do this, click Connect and then log into Facebook using the login credentials you use to manage your Facebook brand page. This is typically your username and password to your personal page.

You are prompted to authorize Mopro's access to your Facebook. Click Okay. You will then be given the option to connect a Personal or Brand page. Click Brandpage, your business's page, and then Finish.

 

Privacy Checkup

To ensure that your Social Publisher posts display on your Facebook, log into Facebook and click the lock icon in the top right corner. Follow these steps:

1. Click Privacy Checkup.

2. Your Posts should be set to Public. Click Next Step.

3. Your Apps -> Mopro -> should be set to Public. Click Next Step.

 

Facebook Brand Page Settings

Click the top right arrow to select Use Facebook As (Your Business page). 

1. Click Settings.

2. Under General, Country Restrictions should be set to Page is visible to everyone and Age Restrictions should be set to Page is shown to everyone.
