Managing Messages

  1. Navigate to the Customers section of your DCC

  1. Use the navigation bar to select the Messages page

  1. Click Inbox to see the messages in your inbox or click Sent List to see your sent messages

  1. Use the drop-down menu to filter messages by when they were received: This Month, This Week, or Today

  1. Use the Search by Customer field to filter messages by customer

  1. Click the eye icon to view the message

  1. Click the arrow icon to respond to the message

  1. Type your response into the pop-up and click Send
